Information Tables for Gaza on Sat. Jan. 24

At the Philadelphia International Action Center meeting on 
Tuesday we made plans to initiate an information campaign 
targeting U.S. funding for Israel - to the tune of $15 
million a day - of which 75% comes directly back to U.S. 
weapons manufacturers.  One day of draining our tax 
dollars to support the bombing of schools in Gaza could 
have paid for two years of keeping the eleven Philadelphia 
libraries open.

We will be producing a fact sheet on this, and a petition 
for people to sign.  It's an effort to test the waters, to 
continue raising awareness around Gaza and see if we can 
broaden this campaign.

We'll be meeting at 10;30am at Calvary Church, 48th & 
Baltimore and going out from there to as many sites as we 
have volunteers to cover.
