The Philadelphia Chapter of the International Action
Center (IAC) invites you to join us at our weekly meetings
on Tuesday nights at 7pm at the Calvary Church, 48th and
Baltimore.

This Tuesday, January 20th - the agenda will include a
report back from the Bailout the People Conference in NYC;
discussion about ongoing work around Gaza; our approach to
Philadelphia's latest round of budget cuts; political
discussion on world events; a possible tour featuring
Cynthia McKinney, and more.

The Philly IAC has been active with local work opposing
the U.S./Israel genocidal war against the people of Gaza,
providing signs, bullhorns, our email list for outreach,
calling two rallies in Philadelphia in the past two weeks,
and supporting the DC rally on Jan. 10.

Since October we have been working with the Bailout the
People Campaign to oppose the bailout to the banks and the
growing economic crisis for working people here at home
with record unemployment on the horizon.

The IAC has a long history in the anti-war and solidarity
movement with people from Iraq to Latin America. We are
involved with ongoing efforts to free political prisoner
Mumia Abu-Jamal, and in the fight against all forms of
racism and political repression.

We hope to see you on Tuesday nights.
